Inspirational Tea Co. is based in Australia and all orders ship from our Gold Coast warehouse. We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom & the United States.
We can ship to Post Office boxes and Regional areas.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship with Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number for your package. All shipping includes postal insurance for extra peace of mind.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the value of your order.
Standard shipping is $9.95 for gifts under $100 and free for gifts over $100. Express from $21.95. FREE delivery uses a standard service - Please choose the EXPRESS option in checkout if you want express delivery.
Delivery Times
We deliver Australia-wide (business days only) - Cut off is midday weekdays for same day dispatch.
Shipping information will be supplied when orders are despatched with tracking information.
Use our handy shipping calculator on the cart page to check the estimated delivery time for your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame. Please ensure you place your order with enough time to receive it by the date required. We do not issue refunds or accept returns because a package does not arrive on time.
Choosing a Deferred Delivery Date
Orders placed before midday weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped on the next business day.
If you have a specific delivery date in mind you can choose a deferred delivery date.
When selecting your preferred delivery date, please note that all dates are estimated only. While we do everything possible to deliver your gift on your preferred day, we are not in a position to 100% guarantee any delivery date entered, and state that all delivery dates are estimated.
General Shipping Information
Orders are shipped to the Shipping Address on your order. Please ensure this address is accurate as we are unable to refund or reship items if an order is sent to an incorrect address. Redelivery will incur a shipping fee.
All orders will be neatly packaged and sent in a protective box. All fragile items are wrapped in protective paper bubble wrap. If a breakage does occur please contact us for a replacement.
Overseas Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the weight of the item shipped.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, unless it is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us straight away. We may ask for photo documentation of the damage. We will resend an order or issue a refund if deemed appropriate.
